Hint has no return or refund policy. However, the article/product can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if
- The product/ article is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The article was not bought on sale.
- The article/product is not the one you actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling on our helpline. We treat each case a unique and distinctive one and handle it accordingly while trying to the best of our capacity to treat both parties fairly.
We try our best to be very accommodating but it can become difficult for us to entertain exchange requests in the case where
- The product has been damaged, used or tampered with.
- The request for exchange has been made after the specified time frame.
- If the price tag, label or receipt is missing.
When you place your order, our customer representative gives you a confirmation call after which your order is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do it at that point.
